Lee is the most responsive and helpful realtor I have worked with. He guided us through the process dealing with an abnormal buying arrangement and introduced us to wonderful lender who helped close on an accelerated timeline. He did this all while on vacation for part of it, and never dropped the ball even while traveling. His poor wife even had to meet us with luggage in toe on their return flight to make an inspection appointment happen! After we got closer to making a deal he facilitated all communications and arrangements, and helped remove any obstacles or communication issues between parties with haste. He went above and beyond by providing solutions to a multitude of issues, and guiding us through a lot of great options at every step of the way. After the sale, he’s continued to help us manage some renovations we wanted to do! We are looking forward to working with him on selling our other home and without a doubt I recommend him! (Already have more challenges for him ahead!)

If I could give a million stars I would! My family has been working with real estate agents for 20 years and Lee is by far the best real estate agent! My house wasn’t even on the market. Lee had been working with my dad. We had mentioned that I might be interested in selling my house. One Friday morning, he called and said, would you still be interested in selling your house and if you would can I show it at 11? I said yes.. He showed it the buyer bought it and I had two weeks to get out. The next day, I asked Lee if there was a chance that he could find me something to move into before I had to get out. He said absolutely! (Lol) The following couple days we looked at six houses one of which was absolutely perfect and we’re closing next week! He’s honest. Such a hard worker. Strong negotiator.
